DELIVERY

We provide full tracking details at the time of dispatch of your order so you always know where it is and when you can expect your package to arrive.

Two delivery options are available at checkout, Australia Post and StarTrack couriers. 

Orders received by 1:30pm AEST / 11:30am AWST are dispatched on the day of order.

Delivery charges are calculated using actual Australia Post and StarTrack rates.

Deliveries will be received within 2 to 4 business days following dispatch.

For urgent deliveries don't hesitate to contact us at shop@industrytattoosupply.com.au at the time of order so we can ensure your expectations are met should you need a last minute item in time for the weekend.

Tattoo clients/customers may purchase any aftercare products - balms and wraps.

Tattoo specific equipment such as needles or ink is available only to professional artists and licensed studios. All customers are required to have an account which is vetted to confirm status as a professional tattooist, apprentice or health professional. Orders to unlicensed and home operators will be cancelled and may be subject to an administration charge prior to refund.

Aftercare is available to all, artists and tattoo clients/customers.
