All deliveries are sent by Australia Post with the choice of Express or Parcel post at checkout.
Orders received by 4pm AEST / 2pm AWST are dispatched on the day of order.
Delivery charges are calculated using actual Australia Post rates.
Deliveries are sent by tracked post and you will receive by email the tracking number confirmation shortly after dispatch .
Normal parcel post will arrive to NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, NCT and TAS destinations within 3-8 business days.
Orders within WA will be received within 2 business days following dispatch.
Express post deliveries will be received within 2 to 3 business days following dispatch.
For urgent deliveries don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of order so we can ensure your expectations are met should you need a last minute item in time for the weekend.
Please note that some cleaning products are delivered by special courier controls depending on their chemical classification (rarely). This will not affect your delivery time or cost, but in those cases the delivery will occur by a designated courier service and require signature on delivery. You will receive specific advance notification if this is the case.
Tattoo clients/customers may purchase any aftercare products - balms and wraps.
Industry Tattoo Supply sells only to professional artists and licensed studios. All customers are required to have an account which is vetted to confirm status as a professional tattooist, apprentice or health professional. Orders to home residences or unlicensed operators will be cancelled and may be subject to an administration charge prior to refund.
Aftercare is available to all, artists and tattoo clients/customers.
