Please contact us immediately if you receive wrongly supplied or damaged goods at shop@industrytattoosupply.com.au.

After notifying us, wrongly supplied or damaged goods must be returned to us within 7 days by an insured, trackable delivery service.

Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.

We may ask for images of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement.

We will issue a full refund (including postage) or replacements at no additional cost if above conditions are met. When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method which may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

Inks are not returnable as we cannot guarantee sterility of this product once it has been delivered, so please choose carefully.
